My experience at the property was excellent. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and kind throughout my stay. While waiting for my friend to arrived, the security guard stayed with me outside he was attentive and even stepped outside the property to assist us. Although my card wasn't working, the staff kindly allowed me to make an EFT payment instead, which I appreciated. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, and the breakfast was delicious well cooked and perfectly seasoned. I stayed in the Kangaroo Room, which had a spacious and comfortable bathroom featuring a shower, bathtub, dim lighting, and candles that added a relaxing ambiance. The water pressure was excellent, and everything, from the water to the linens and extra blankets, was clean and fresh. The air conditioning worked well, and the room had a large, well-lit mirror that was thoughtfully positioned. Overall, a great stay with thoughtful service and attention to detail.

We had a bit of an issue in the morning with the cleaning lady. We requested that our breakfast be packaged for takeaway, but when my friend asked about this, the staff member abruptly told her that there were no takeaway containers available and shut down the request without offering any alternatives. I then asked if there might be plastic wrap we could use instead, and only after that did she find some paper plates, which we ended up using. While we appreciated being able to take our food in the end, the initial response felt dismissive and could have been handled more helpfully and professionally.
