The place was comfortable and the breakfast exceptional.

The mini fridge in our room was not working, and was not attended to during the stay.

Property looks neat and beautiful.

Balcony description was a bit exaggerated. Expected a private balcony leading from the room itself. The room had a bit of a stuffy smell but clean.

Nothing to be honest, very below par for a 4 star establishment.

The bedding had blood stains. No variety for breakfast, you eat what you are given. I had to negotiate with the staff just to get a bottle of water to drink my pills after having breakfast, she blatantly told me to go to the shops down the road to buy water. The staff lacked patience. The facility needs to be tended to. The bathroom leaves little to be desired, stains on the toilet and basin. From what I understood, the room was last cleaned in November before they closed for the holidays. Don’t you prepare freshly for a new guest? She advised check in was 15:00… forced us to decide what time we’ll be having breakfast the following morning, said we don’t know what time we’ll be waking up but definitely before check out. The property is dirty. Please do better for your client

The property is quiet

The properly is okay. It is a bit old and some things and facilities are worn out and need replacing. They try to keep the place clean but surface level with some visible signs of no deep cleaning.

I liked the fact that the place is at a quiet location, it’s clean and accessible

I was completely dissatisfied and disappointed with the lion room that they gave me. They shower sliding door was missing and I had to shower with a widely open shower, where water spiralling out of the shower to all over in the bathroom on the floor. I also did not like the shower tap as the water was spiralling out to different showers making it very difficult to shower because now your hair just gets wet when that was not the intention. When I complained to the receptionist lady she had told me I should complain to the owner because they’re aware of the room situation but not doing anything about it and I felt like that was dismissive of her. This got me more angrier because they’re well aware of the room situation but they still proceeded to give me that very same room knowing very well that it is not in a good condition whereas there were many rooms that were empty and they could have just easily moved me to those rooms.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely guest house and I must say, it was absolutely wonderful! The breakfast was THE BEST! Everything from the accommodation to the service was perfect. The staff members were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome and at home. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommend! 5 stars isn't enough ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
