When I did the booking, the payment option was to pay at the property and on arrival I was told that my booking was canceled due to non payment and I was stranded as if I'm the one who's disorganized. Luckily the receptionist helped me to get an alternative guesthouse which was in an extremely horrible state. Very traumatic experience.

Just that it’s in a nice area

Switches not working ,staff making noise in the morning when on business trip and them canceling my booking without me knowing

The reception lady was very respectful, professional and attended to our needs

Bedroom doesnt have a slide for their inside suite. Imagine. thats the only thing that bothered me

The atmosphere was cool & calming, until a certain extend.

The fact that the 'Person' in charge, could not take care/handle the crowd that was booked in also, pr not sure who it was. But Sunday night late,early Mknday Morning, there was people coming from somewhere, making one hell of a LOUD noise, not worried in a little about the other people that is also paying tp stay there, where in your LIFE did you hear/see you can play loud music, talk out loud to people right next to you after midnight?

We did come there 8 pm the evening and must have left 12clock because the crocaches were walking all on us while we were sleeping... And on the floor and the walls.. And they don't want to refund it's bad as hell

The fact that we could book in earlier. Staff was helpful. The place was decent.

Nothing was said about have your ID to fill in the form. Description said free toiletries. There were none. Only one towel instead of two.
