Absolutely nothing

On our way to the property, I sent through out check in time to confirm if the time was in order. The property confirmed. Upon arrival the property told us they were fully booked and had no space for us (I did this booking 2 weeks ago) my husband and I with our 3 kids were stranded in a place we don't know. The lady at the property tried to get us a place to stay but when we got to the place she suggested it looked more like they were part of a syndicate. I will be going ahead and laying a formal complaint with booking.com

At my arrival the receptionist lady was so kind...she helped me every step of the way . Check in ran smoothly she was so helpful the place was neat and clean , relaxing

I booked online called a day before the booking day to ask if its still fine if I pay by arrival they said you but when I came there They said there's no place they booked full so we had to look for another place
