We were given a full refund after arriving and realising it was not family friendly.

It was not family friendly - gave more of an impression of being a night time party place. Piles of beer cans in the common area.

The location is convenient

Microwave not working. Shower spills on the floor. Which I believe can be easily fixed. Wet towel first day.

The physical infrastructure of the guesthouse is spectacular; the property is aesthetically beautiful and well-maintained. A special mention must go to the worker on duty—despite the chaotic environment caused by others, he remained professional, 'on point,' and did his absolute best to cater to our needs. His dedication to service under such difficult conditions was the only saving grace of our stay.

The structural integrity of the 'guest experience' was completely compromised by the owner’s associates. We were subjected to a night of relentless noise from people who were not guests, but 'friends' of the owner. These individuals displayed zero respect for the facility or the paying clients, roaming the building in gowns and repeatedly banging on the worker’s door while they were trying to rest. Furthermore, industrial-level noise from washing machines was conducted throughout the night. The atmosphere felt less like a professional guesthouse and more like an unmanaged party house. It is unacceptable to have workers bullied and guests kept awake by unauthorized personnel.

After booking the second day for my workers the host told me I booked the wrong rooms. I must cancel my booking by booking.com and pay direct into his account. He doesn't want me to go through booking.com to stay there.

The staff were friendly.

The noise. People were playing loud music and people around the property were making noise and shouting.

Nothing good about the property except That they sell beverages on site

The lodge is full of vagrants.Noisy at all times . They don’t make up the beds . Rooms not cleaned & u stay with your thrash for days without collection. The bed hard as a brick. No air conditioner in the rooms. Not a safe place at all to much people in the property who are just drinking alcohol and speaking a foreign dialect
