"Amazing guesthouse and very friendly staff"

Very friendly and simple guesthouse, people were all very kind and welcoming. I was traveling alone so it was quite heartwarming to talk to random people met in this sharehouse. The staff was also amazing and very kind!

Apart from climbing the mountains every day in summer, everything was perfect! You still can take the taxi if you don't want to walk forever aha

"Great hot spring experience with friends"

I booked all 4 beds so we got a room to ourselves. I loved that you can reserve hot spring time so you can have it to yourself! Tourist friendly as long as you have a car.

Location is a little far from town. Hard to find location. Must drive up steep narrow road

"Really nice staffs with great scenery and also good breafast."

As it is on the top of the hill, the scenery is quite good.

It's quite tired to walk up to the top of the hill and so,it's not convenient without a car.

"Marvelous Stay"

I had a marvelous stay in this great guest house. There was great support for everything, and everybody was very friendly. Also, it was very easy to get in contact with new people. I was hiking for 2 days and therefore I loved the Onsen and the great food in the evening. I also got very nice sake advice, and the sake tasted really great. The food was fantastic and the service was great. I really loved it. I'm definitely coming back

1.The room is big and the location for the hotel is in the mountain, we could see the pudding mountain through our balcony. 2.spring is great, you could use the bath privately on your own 3. Most importantly, I met friend here! This is the greatest part for youth hostel.Not sure if you are going to see the comment,but thank you Will for your company, sad that we don’t exchange the contact info :(, but I guess this is how travel works lol.

Pls don’t bring heavy trunk,the hostel is on the top of the mountain,you need to climb up a long way…

very clean, nice onsen, extremely friendly and helpful host. yes the hill to the hostel is a bit steep, but the views make it all worth it :) highly recommend!
