Mandalay

Its in a quiet and peaceful location. The room size was good and the balcony was a real bonus. The shower was really great, roomy and powerful.

The bed was nice and big but a little uncomfortable, it hurt our necks for some reason. To wash any cups or plates was kind of awkward. The room could have done with some printed info about the room, wifi and local spots. Other than that is was all good.

gite très agréable avec une petite terrasse, on voit la mer à l'horizon et des moutons dans le champs voisins. Les ustensiles étaient suffisants pour un court séjour et les lits très confortables. Les conseils de visites de Caroline se sont révélés excellents et nous avons eu un très bon goûter anglais qui nous attendait à notre arrivée.

tout était parfait à part quelques problèmes avec le frigo qui ont dû être résolus depuis.

We found the location very relaxing. My husband and I would love to visit again.

A lovely cream tea provided, much appreciated. It was very nice to have our own outside patio surrounded by beautiful gardens. Very comfy bed, and lovely room with a great shower

The location is well off the beaten track but is really nice and peaceful, the room is excellent with everything you need and friendly hosts Caroline and Trevor who left us a nice welcome treat of a Cornish tea :-) Thanks

Gorgeous and comfortable

Lack of drinking water facilities and mistakenly thought that the location was central Bude, nothing within walking distance. Was a beautiful location though.

I had such a lovely time at Mandalay. The room was beautifully decorated with a calm, coastal aesthetic that made it feel instantly relaxing. Waking up to the sea view in the morning was such a treat peaceful and refreshing. The whole place had a warm and welcoming vibe, and the hosts were kind and thoughtful throughout. I’d love to come back again for another quiet escape by the sea!
