Comfortable room with small enclosed outside space. Location is great if you have a car as wonderful beaches very close. Shower was excellent with abundant towels. Very friendly hospitable owner.

Nothing that could be improved. I found access to the property down a narrow country lane a bit difficult but for confident drivers this should not be a problem!

What a lovely un suite room with a balcony overlooking the countryside and sea view in the distance. So many thoughtful things were supplied . Very clean and quiet. Caroline was very friendly and helpful. It's a no-brainer when we return to Cornwall. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The host provided everything you could possibly want for a comfortable stay. There was a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle and a small amount of milk and scones as a welcome! All toiletries provided too. Access via a tiny road!

Caroline and Trevor were very good hosts and very informative. Our room was as described and beyond our expectations, very clean and a lot of thought had been put into the decoration and facilities. We will definitely return in the future. " Thank you" for a wonderful stay.

It's a great place to stay. Very clean and welcoming. The owners were very friendly.. The fridge was stocked with essentials. A Cream Tea was provided. Cows mooing in the distance.

Nothing as I was brought up on a farm.

The location and the peace and quiet and the bed was comfortable everything was great

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly,they were always at hand if you needed anything,very comfortable and clean with a lovely little seating area outside,very close to all the places we wanted to visit.farm close by,nice to see the animals over the fence.
