Beautiful views, tuk tuk service offered by the hotel, laundry service offered by the hotel, great kottu served by the restaurant.

Very dated furnishings, bedding felt damp with the humidity, no fresh towels, one staff member was a little overbearing (well intentioned but asking lots of questions, was a bit intense!), breakfast was very basic and service was slow.

Das Personal ist super lieb und hilfsbereit! Jeden Morgen wurden wir gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Die Zimmer waren sauber und neuwertig. Das Essen war klasse. Es wurde IMMER frisch gekocht! Unsere Kinder haben sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt :) Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit !

The hotel was really nice. The breakfast was so delicious and diverse. The room was clean and plentiful. The staff was really kind and attentive. I wish if we had 1 or 2 days more in this beautiful hotel. It's a shame that we missed their restaurant opening on the 30th. We'll definitely pay another visit in near future .

Das Frühstück und das Personal war gut.

Leider zu weit außerhalb und wir hatten nur kaltes Wasser, nach mehrmaligen an der Rezeption beschweren konnte uns nicht geholfen werden

Lovely hotel situated in the hills overlooking Ella. Views are spectacular. Staff couldn't do enough to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Would have loved to stay for the opening night at the new rooftop restaurant which looked fab. Would thoroughly recommend.
