Friendly and helpful staff, well served breakfast

It was cold in the room. The floor was freezing and there were no carpets or slippers. On a rainy day the visibility was zero, so I got no view at all. Besides my window was overlooking a big palm tree crown so I didn’t see anything but that tree.

Very friendly staff and beautiful view. At breakfast we saw monkeys also doing their breakfast.

Spacious modern rooms with an incredible view from the balcony overlooking the hills of Ella. Great breakfast brought to your room and only a short walk to Ella town.

Очень понравилось расположение! На самой вершине холма, очень красивый вид открывается! В номере панорамные окна, у нас был свой балкон, туда вам персонально подают завтрак. Но мы там завтракали только один раз. Один день был дождь, в другой очень сильный ветер и там было некомфортно. Имейте в виду, нужно будет ходить в горочку 😂 или кататься на тук-туке. До девятиарочного моста пешком дошли минут за 10-15. До вершины малого пика Адама от отеля дошли пешком за час с небольшим.

Не знаю, это нам не повело с погодой или в этом регионе так всегда. В номере было ооочень сыро, на шторах есть плесень 😢 Ночью спать было холодно, в номере нет одеяла, тонкая простынь и синтетический плед. Благо с собой были шерстяные носки и термобельё, это спасло ситуацию.

Comfortable bed. Beautiful view of the mountain. Good breakfast prepared non-dairy for us. We appreciated this. We ate inside on our laps on the couch as it was raining on the balcony on breakfast table. Staff were eager to help.

Bathroom very basic and badly plumbed. Very little water pressure in the shower, No hand towel or bath mat and toilet seat broken. No power points beside the bed. No welcome. Manager did not acknowledge us until I spoke to her, although she had good English. Check-in done on our bed. Staff had no English but we're eager to help. Checkout was done outside. Most hotels in Sri Lanka have been much more welcoming.

ロケーションはすごくいいです。バルコニーからの眺めが最高ですね。。外での朝ごはんも最高です。写真は朝一の長めです。

問題と清潔感ですが。。 トイレとシャワーは一緒で、バスルームはびしょびしょになります。そのせいか、部屋自体湿気っぽく、カビ臭いです。
