The views from the rooms down to Nine Arch Gap were good which meant it was a trek or tuktuk downhill into town.

The room would have benefited from storage / hanging space

Staff were great. View was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious & served on the balcony overlooking the bridge. Bed was very comfortable. Overall great stay & would recommend.

Only negative thing to say was the fan was on a 60 minute timer which is not great at night. Woke up a couple of times & had to switch fantastic back on.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Nine Arch Gap, the hosts are friendly, welcoming and helpful and we loved meeting and playing with their dog Niki! The view from the property is relaxing, to watch the trains go by at breakfast and throughout the day. You are close to the walk to the bridge as well, although the property is a short drive or 30 min walk from Ella town centre. The hosts however arranged a tuk tuk for us on many occasions, so getting about was no problem. We even messaged one afternoon about a lift from town to a waterfall, and they came and picked us up promptly and then took us back after for a reasonable price. The host is very honest, afterwards she came to us saying they had overcharged us for the ride and refunded us with the correct fee. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

The location and the view make this a stand out!

Aussicht war super und das Frühstück wurde auf das Zimmer/Balkon serviert. Sauberkeit auch gut.

Badezimmer mit Dusche ohne Vorhang/Trennwand führt immer zu einem nassen Boden und damit wird alles nass wo man hingeht. In einem Hotel sollte das Zimmer jeden Tag gemacht werden, das war nicht der fall.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They have a lovely dog. The house is located up on a hill, which can be a bit difficult to walk up, but you can always order a tuk-tuk. Breakfast on the balcony was great, and the view was stunning

The WiFi was quite weak.
