Glenburnie House

Beautiful property. Gorgeous view over the bay from our room. Extremely comfortable bed. Easy access to the town and local eateries. And welcoming hosts.

They don’t offer breakfast (which we knew), but we did find it tricky getting breakfast in local cafes - the first 4 we went to had sold out (it was only 10am). We eventually found a spot tucked away from the main road.

Carrying heavy bag up stairs but host was eager to assist.

The Weather could have been better

Glenburnie House is a beautiful house within walking distance to the centre of lovely Oban. The room was immaculate and comfortable, with views across the bay. Dan and Graeme were very welcoming and provided good local insights for visitors.

Great room, fabulous view over the bay, comfortable bed, friendly and chatty hosts. Good location within 10mins walk of Oban centre.

Car park was a little restricted as we were the guests who arrived last.

The location and view was incredible… even saw a brilliant rainbow after brief storm right outside the window. The room was lovely.
