Utu Homestay

The rooms are large and clean , a very comfortable bed and the shower is is great, location is close to great coffee and lots of nice cafes, staff are so nice and helpful..

Nothing, in other reviews people have mentioned the dog,just ignore it and everything is good, I never felt threatened by it at all :)

Beautiful Homestay. Nicely located close to centre of Ubud, but again on the border of the crowded streets, so it is easy to go in and out of the city by car. Family that owns it is super kind and helpful. Everything was clean, fresh and they cleaned the room also regulary. Highly recommended!

Amazing staff and service.

Its the best location for Ubud. You stay close to the center, everything is in walking distance but it’s not as busy and loud as in the centers. The buildings are in the back part of the property in the garden, so very calm. There is still a construction at the next property which makes a bit of noise but I did not spend the daytime at guestbouse anyway. Super nice people which help to organize a trip to mount batu, renting a motorcycle and even when I had an issue with my credit card and needed to contact a local bank.
