Good location, friendly staff, good air con, comfortable large bed, nice outdoor terrace, cold fridge in room.

The bathroom could have been cleaner - looked like it hadn't had a good scrub in a while. Would have preferred a closed bin in the bathroom for hygiene purposes. Could have done with some hangers in the wardrobe to hang up clothes.

The architecture was amazing, the doors were so intricately designed. The pool was really good, we enjoyed it thoroughly. We got a choice for breakfast of a pancake, fruit or jaffer (there may have been something else too, I can’t remember though). We managed to enjoy every breakfast we had there, and loved the options. The staff were amazing and helped us with everything we needed, they even held our bags for us when we checked out early. The people in reception seemed to be in charge of the cleaning and cooking of breakfast too. There was also a spa there, however we didn’t use it unfortunately as we were too busy. The beds were really comfy, and we were provided with a blanket when we asked. The aircon worked well.

Don’t get me wrong, the place was clean, however the bathroom does need a good scrubbing as there is quite a bit of black mold. However, I believe that may be because the staff don’t know how to clean that up (once again, the reception staff seem to be the ones doing the cleaning and cooking in top of reception) so that may be due to lack of training, though that doesn’t mean it is excusable, it is definitely something that needs to be addressed. Additionally, there was a hole in our sink, so that needs to be replaced too. Other then that, the room itself was clean, and quite large too.

The shower was very inconvenient, positioned low so you have to bend down. There was no hot water at first, but later I was told that you need to wait much longer. Other than that, everything was good.

Really beautiful place, nice and big pool, really helpful stuff. Nice view from balcony.

Location was good and the rooms were in a nice setting in a quiet area

Staff were not available all the time, and the desk was often left empty with just a phone number to call, which is not useful if you don't have a local sim or roaming. The rooms were very tired and dated, and in need of renovation or at the very least a deep clean. The bathroom was very unpleasant to use in particular, with its outdated non-functional huge corner bath etc.

Shower head needs to be replaced, and maybe upgrade the bathroom a bit as it is very, very old and starts to be worn out. Because it's old, it looks like if it's not clean. But it's clean 😌
