Katut was amazing. The manager there handles everything very well, from housekeeping to breakfast... Kudos to him!!!

Staff excellent, bathroom excellent, room excellent, breakfast very good.

Needs more lights at night on path from street to hotel entrance, and along paths in hotel grounds. The jacuzzi pump to be repaired.

Nice spacious rooms and balcony, great location walk everywhere. Clean. Friendly staff, i stayed for a total of 9 days in my 8 weeks in bali and value for money cannot be beaten.

Location is excellent, staff is very nice.

Rooms are very old, the doors of every room don't close all the way and you have to put a lock on the handles to lock the doors. There is a gap even with the lock and you can pass your hand. So some gekos and other insects came in the room. The wall infiltrated with water so paint was coming off; other than brooming and changing bedding if you ask, they don't clean the rooms properly. The towels smell very bad when wet as if it wasn't washed!

hot water canceled after 5 minute using bad wifi - not working- at my dates..

Good location as quiet, within walkable distance to the main street, local shop and good places to eat nearby. Our room was really spacious and had good views from the balcony. The pool area was really clean and comfortable. The hosts were also really helpful, there was an issue with our room and they moved us to another straight away.

The bathroom were a bit dated.
