Very well located with open view to the Nile from the terrace. They took us back on a boat to Aswan very early in the morning to get a taxi to the airport.

At times a bit noisy because of guests in the terrace.

Simple, clean friendly Nubian family guesthouse on the peaceful west side of Elephantine island- stunning views from the roof terrace- sun and shade and lovely Breakfasts. Collection in their boat was a magical arrival after a middle of night flight from Cairo with shattered kids. We arrived before our rooms were ready and were given coffee and even offered Hamadas room to sleep- so kind! we chilled on the roof, explored, swam in the Nile (no crocs and amazingly clean). Great staying on a non motorised island- so chilled compared to main city life. We extended our stay and enjoyed their boat trip to the sights and playing on the sand dunes. Great local breakfast too, and we walked to lovely yummy food cafes west side as well as east side. Beers bought from Bob Marley cafe near the blue Jamaican restaurant and brought back to the roof for sunset. Fab! Overall- don’t hesitate- if you want super friendly and helpful, clean lovely rooms and a peaceful relaxed place to stay away from the chaos, book!

Nothing! A little walk to get water (tho he does have small ones to buy) or snacks to other side of island but all well lit even if a maze adventure.

Labib Guest House is a haven of peace in the middle of a breathtaking natural environment. And the most incredible thing is that all the services are up to par: the rooms, the rooftop, the meals, the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts Hamada and his entire family. In addition to the VIP service which consists of picking us up by boat to take us in front of their guesthouse, Hamada organized a felucca ride for us at sunset, a real moment of magic! Impossible not to come back, and next time we will stay much longer...

Seriously, how could you complain about heaven ?

The staff was excellent, making everything extremely easy to check-in and help with organizing activities.

Nothing, everything was great. The only thing was not ideal was the WiFi was not the best, but we aren’t there to stay inside. So no factor, if you are in Aswan to adventure and not work.

Location - so peaceful, with views of the Mausoleum and Tombs Of The Nobles. Hamada, our host, was incredibly helpful

The stay was wonderful, the rooms were clean, spacious, and very suitable for the family and the location was more than wonderful, and the host was very helpful. All thanks to them for their hospitality and cooperation.
