BAYT ZAINA - Nubian hospitality house

Booking was for my parents celebrating their Ruby Anniversary. Very charming one-night stay in this local guest house. Facilities were clean, host was very hospitable. Would recommend to anyone traveling through Aswan.

Food takes to much time but it’s ok

Bayt Zaina is a hidden gem on the Nile river. It really felt like an oasis, waking up to birds chirping, surrounded by palm trees and looking out onto the Nile and desert dunes. The room was clean and functional. Food from the rooftop terrace restaurant was exceptional - tasted very home made! Excellent breakfast too - best falafels in Egypt! Great location being right on the Nile and easy walking distance through the village and to the public ferry or private boats. The staff were very friendly, and Amr was extremely helpful with organising other trips from Aswan. We really understand what the Nubian hospitality is all about - thank you all for the beautiful stay 🙏

Nothing to fault.

Beautiful place with views of the Nile, and an amazing terrace to enjoy the sunset. The rooms were very comfortable, and the host very kind and helpful. Great food, also. I would definitely return and recommend.

A small kitchen would be nice, just to keep some things. But all in all, our stay was amazing.

Nothing, very bad condition to stay!

One of the worst experience of my travel, room is infected the mouse - poop, all over the floor, unclean floors and disgusting floor mates. I couldn't dare to stay with my 3 old daughter, informed the owner and left immediately. If you are person worried with cleanliness, this is definitely NOT A PLACE STAY for you. Booking.com does poor job of evaluating concern report raised by me.
