Convenient for the railway station, friendly and helpful staff, clean, a varied breakfast menu. another guest was a frequent visitor, which is a good recommendation. Good value for money

Having shared bathroom facilities was unusual in the current age, but did not present a problem for me.

Our hostess was very pleasant, the rooms were spacious, comfortable beds< clean linen/rooms, parking available, breakfast was great

The only thing was that it was awkward carting luggage down the street from the car park to the front of house when there is a gate available at the back.
