由於沒搭到原訂的火車班次，到的時候已經超過十點了，櫃檯人員親自等到很晚迎接我們，房間舒適乾淨，環境清幽，離小樽運河也很近，一切都很棒👍

We were allowed to park our car right in front of the hotel so we save some money on parking , more importantly some walking for my aged mother.

Location was good. Plus the owners helped us to carry our luggage to the third floor. We were allowed to keep our wine and cheese in the fridge while we were traveling around Hokkaido. My mom was delighted that are people to speak Mandarin with her. There’s also a common area where we can eat our takeaway Naruto chicken . It was delicious.

I wish the underside of the bed can fit our luggage.
