O`popo is within a quick walk of the Canal distrcit of Otaru. More than that, the hotel is more like staying in a guest room at someone`s house and very cozy.

The parking situation could be difficult if there are many guests, as there appears to be only street parking. However, if one were to come by rail, Otaru Station is not far.

The owner is very helpful and friendly. They gave us the warm welcome when we reach. The lady boss is very considerate and she even upgraded the room for my family. She also introduced the sightseeing spot to us and recommended us the restaurant when we arrived at the apartment. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. The location of the apartment is very strategic. You can reach the town with walking distance.
