Lacked amenities - somewhere to hang clothes, a seat Fan didn’t work that well so the toilet paper was damp The shower cubicle is way too small

Perfect location, very clean and spacious room, large bed, helpful instructions from staff via WhatsApp.

Very strong smell of damp and sewage, pillows were very hard, no place to hang coats, towels or clothes.

Great location in old town Porto, all main attractions are walking distance. The apartments were very clean, bright, extra blankets and heater were provided, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom clean and comfortable

A rail with a few hangers and a shelf in the niche (or a simple cardboard) or at least a few hooks would be helpful. Also at least a kettle in the room would be nice.
