Small but practical. The kitchen is well equipped. Location is great. Staff is friendly and helpful

No shampoo, the pillows are not so comfy. The stairs in the building are very steep so be careful with heavy luggage.

Great location, rooms are small but they are clean. When you check in/ out you go to different location (150m from Apartment). Staff there friendly and nice. Little space for your stuff so i recommend few days only. But overall good stay for a few days!

The cleaning. Room and bathroom were very clean. The room had a balcony, very narrow but still a balcony, typical for old buildings and city center. Quiet at night. Reception and check-in are not in the same building, it's like 10 minutes walking

I think that you can’t rent out rooms this condition. Leak on the ceiling, a lot of mold, bad smell in the room. Communication and stuff was great.

Great location, good airco, not too expensive.

The extra platform you have to use to check in gives conflicting information and wasn't great to use. Room was big but significantly lacked furniture, some hooks for your coats or towels for example would have been welcome. We literally had to use the pushed out drawers from the only cabinet to dry our towels. Biggest issue however (and the reason for the 5 rating that would otherwise be a 7): building is a huge fire hazard. The front door gets sometimes locked by other guests, and is not openable from the inside without a key. On the first 2 floors at least there are no other (emergency) exits. In a case of fire this hallway could this turn into a deathtrap. Please consider installing a! turn-to-unlock knob on the inside of the building.

Very friendly kind staff, good location. Comfy mattess

The bed sheet was dirty, the sink was blocked and leaking with a small cloth placed underneath the leak which meant that the spare toilet roll was damp. Large water damage/black mould patch on bathroom ceiling. General bad damp smell. No lamp in room. Tatty, thin, small bath towels. Three large unfilled holes in wall.

The location is excellent, very central and close to everything. The price is cheap compared to nearby places.

However, there is a really unpleasant smell of dampness in the room. The comments about the smell of cats on the terrace are also true, but it didn’t bother me much. The dampness, though, was really uncomfortable for me.

the checking was supposed to be at 3 pm, i arrived at 4 pm and the room was ready by 6:30 pm. The room is big but now well furnished, they should put at least a chair and some hangers for clothes. even in the bathroom something to hang towels The room is big it has potential it should be equipped more
