Beautiful stylish house near town centre

Clean. Netflix and wifi were good additions.

Pricey for a small room with shared kitchen. Private access to backyard was maybe the reason for the price but I would except it to be more comfy space

Very clean and comfortable; very convenient for town centre. Very helpful staff (Paris) who helped me to get a parking permit. Lovely bathroom.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

There was not any parking. I had to park by Rugby train station to avoid getting a parking ticket as a valid permit was not supplied. The bed was described as a double bed, but this was the narrowist double bed that I've ever slept in! The mattress was still covered by the polythene and you could hear this!

The location was ideal for me to see my children and space wise was great thank you would definitely come stay again.

The only thing I didn't like was there was only one bottle of water from two guess and first morning of waking up there was ants and flying ants all over the bathroom floor part from two miners everything was great thank you so much

Great location in rugby: a quick walk to the train station or the city centre with lots of basics like groceries and takeaway in easy reach. A full kitchen (shared) is provided, with cabinet space allocated for each guest room. The room was very clean and quiet. Bathroom is shared, but is clean and modern and meets the needs. Not a lot of amenities, but everything worked and the television was good. As a basic touch-down pad for a short trip, this property was just what I was looking for.

The listing promises free on-site parking, but there is none. Street parking in the area requires a neighbourhood permit but the host didn't respond to messages requesting to borrow a permit. The listing also says there is a shared lounge area: there isn't any, just a shared kitchen. There is really no excuse for claiming the existence of a feature that does not exist; some travellers rely on it. The lack of promised parking meant I had to park a hire car at the train station for several days, at great cost and inconvenience. Host didn't respond to messages about anything else, either, including when I arrived and couldn't get into the property at all. It is very disorienting to travel from another continent and not be able to get into one's lodging or contact anyone about it. Free WiFi is present and worked great, but it was very difficult to find the login info -- if I hadn't happened upon a person who showed me, I would have thought there was no Wi-Fi until day 5.

Although this review is for 21-26/5,I had problem on first stay/first day 14/5 with sink stopper and no handyman till next am. Not given emergency contact tel no/or shown, if landlord in meetings/busy. Although given code to open main entrance key box, not explained how it works on first day. The room mattress not comfortable and the kitchen had microwave, oven-the microwave plate never cleaned and oven trays not cleaned either. There were cupboards in the kitchen with room numbers on them ie-2,4 but I was not explained this by Paris who told me on my first day to find another property having just arrived as a guest, if I did not want to wait for the handyman till next morning for the stopper problem. Also I had to listen to bragging about Paris managing 12 properties locally. I had asked for a cancellation of my second booking, but was not refunded my £310,so had to go and stay from 21/5-26/5/23.
