"A unique lodging experience with terrific hosts and beauty all around."

Applinger Farm is situated on several beautiful acres of land, easily accessible by car to downtown Ashland 10 minutes away. The host puts love into every detail (the complimentary pretzels, biscotti, donuts, candies); multiple bottles of water in the fridge, not to mention the homemade bisquits she brought over fresh out of the oven and two pears plucked from one of her many fruit trees. The hot tub is an added bonus. Lisa is also an accomplished hair stylist should you need a haircut!

Wish there was a closet space for suitcases and a sink in the kitchen area.

"The location worked perfectly for us!"

Host greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour. She is the homeowner. The room was very quiet both in the evening and in the morning. The room was a comfortable temperature.

The bed was comfortable enough but not ideal for us. We prefer firm mattresses.
