Delicious breakfast every day, incredibly responsive an accomodating staff, clean rooms, lovely pool, perfect location

Sometimes the dogs would bark a bit loud but that's everywhere in Bali

Small but cozy room, however there are some issues with hot and cold water in the bathroom. It’s important to mention that the owner living in the front yard has 7-9 dogs of a small breed who have access to backyard where is the accommodation for the guests. Firstly this should be transparently communicated in advance cause not all clients may like it and secondly if you have pets you need to take care of them. It happened several times they were barking In the middle of the night and most importantly it’s important to pick up poops after them. I found poop next to the pool in front of a balcony on the ground floor or next to table in the garden. I would advise whether to not allow access to guests area or to clean properly.

Beautiful garden, nice bungalow, good breakfast, staff were very helpful.

Mosquito nets weren't the best and constricted the bed. A bit far from Ubud centre, which is more of a problem than it should be because the traffic is so bad: it was, literally, quicker to walk.

The pool was nice and it was practical to get breakfast in the morning. The staff were very friendly. I appreciated that my room was spacious and I had a terrace as well. The location is great too with many restaurants around and not too far to walk into Ubud centre.

I only had a bathtub and not a shower and the water was either very hot or cold. The furnishings were a bit worn out especially the curtains and there could be a more thorough clean under the beds and cupboards. I love dogs and didn’t mind all the animals around but you had to be careful not stepping into something on the path and keeping them out of your room. I felt a bit sorry for all the caged birds and lizard.

Very nice facility with a swimming pool for the family. Every day they ask about cleaning. Very nice and polite service.A half-roofed bathroom creates a climate.Breakfast to choose from a list, which is given to the reception every day. The facility is surrounded by vegetation, you can meet colorful lizards, but this is normal and very nice for us. The price is adequate to the conditions. Shops are close right after leaving the facility. A 15-minute walk to the center, close to facilities such as the Water Palace, which are very beautiful. Of course, we recommend the facility.

Everything is ok. If someone has exorbitant expectations and wants to have it perfectly, it's wrong. It is Bali, which is a natural environment surrounded by beautiful vegetation and culture.

Very charming and extremely beautiful stay in a great location. I stayed here twice. Staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. I like the pool and the gardens are just stunning. Cute dogs and cats. The restaurant next door (Brie) is my favorite in Ubud. And it is also next door to the best co-working space in Ubud (The Outpost).

We received a lovely welcome from the owner. The room is nestled in a gorgeous tropical garden, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, it was a good size and there were enough loungers to go round as it's a quiet place. The room was spacious and comfortable, having a fridge is a bonus, and the shower was hot and powerful. Very relaxing away from the busy areas, but close enough to do the ridge walk without needing a taxi. There are plenty of food options nearby and a convenience store. Another bonus was the dogs and cats on site. They were all so friendly and cute.
