Viajamos con nuestra perrita guia y tuvieron un trato muy amable desde el inicio. Nos permitieron dejar nuestas cosas en la casa mientras terminaban de preparar la habitacion, el desayuno estuvo muy bien y nos dieron muy buenas recomendacione para visitar cuzco y sus alrededores. Tambien nos facilitaron informacion de transportes, taxis y actividades.

Lo unico que no nos gusto es que se escucho toda la noche el vecino que tenia la musica super alta y un karaoke.

Very spacious bedroom and comfy beds. A lovely included breakfast at the terrace and only 5-10 minute walk to the main square. The owners were very nice and helpful - they gave us good recommendations for things to do and answered all the questions we had about the city. Would definitely recommend

Várias coisas, chegamos no hotel, estava fechado, não tinha pessoa para receber os turista, tivemos que bater na porta, chamar, tentar ligar para um número que não atendia. Durante o café da manhã, número de pães era limitado, você tinha uma opção para colocar no pão ( ovo ou queijo), não podia os dois. Ou seria cobrado a parte as duas opções.

We informed the host in advance that we would arrive around 17:00, but when we got to the apartment no one was there. The host instructed us to enter a room that was different from the one we had booked. We had paid significantly more for a deluxe room, which according to the description should have included a terrace, but the room offered only had a small window. After the host arrived, the situation was partially resolved, but we then had to wait about one hour for another room to be cleaned. This room was slightly better, however it still did not have a private terrace. We were later told that the terrace was shared, which was not clearly stated in the room description. Another disappointment was the breakfast schedule, which was only available from 8:00 to 9:00 am. In Cusco, many tours and activities start much earlier, so this timing was not very practical. What made the experience more frustrating was that the host repeatedly insisted that the room we booked was different from what we believed, despite the higher price we paid. This left us feeling uncomfortable and gave the impression that the situation was not handled transparently.

Todo excelente, nos trataron con mucho cariño

The friendliest family, lovely breakfast, super clean room and close to everything. I paid extra to stay until 8:30pm on the final day to get my night bus. Fresh towels on day 2, tea in the room, we loved it.

Localização muito bom, próximo a plaza de armas. Passamos só uma noite e saímos bem cedo pra um passeio. Eles deixaram um café simples pronto (água, suco e biscoito) para levar já que o café não havia iniciado. Pagamos em dinheiro (aceitam dólar ou soles).

Não teve nada.

Amazing location a little out of the historic center. Fabulous host, great size rooms and wonderful value. Local family owned and hospitality is top of the agenda. We can’t recommend visiting more highly
