Big bed and balconies, laundry service and even english TV for rainy days

The bathroom could have been cleaner and the room was quite cold.

"Amazing stay"

Such a nice place. In winter Sa Pa is quite cold but in the room there is a heating bed so you wouldn't leave your bed easily. There is a common kettle for tea and coffee, as a coffee addict it is always important to have it. The room is big and clean. I really want to say thanks to the lady because she is really sweet and gave us fruits and sweets. Overall an amazing stay. We also loved the two cats! P.s. the homestay is not in the centre but the location wasn't an issue also because if you want to eat near the lake the prices are quite high. Extra tips for vegetarians and vegans: the homestay is near to two vegan restaurants and there is a banh mi place which prepares it with eggs for 30k.

This homestay was a 10 minute walk to town. The owners were so sweet, and did laundry for us. The room was spacious, quite and had everything we needed.
