the place is very close to the Sapa station and location is convenience to all part of sightseen. the lady who run the home is very supportive to guests and kind. everything is available in close by . Recommend for budget travelers.

This was the perfect stay in Sapa. Really good value for the money. It was only a 10 minute walk to the center, but was in a much less touristy area. The staff was so sweet and lovely. They don’t speak much English, but you can communicate via Google Translate. They are so helpful and are willing to book taxis or do your laundry or anything you need. There is free, filtered water that you can use to fill up your water bottle. The only issue is that the road noise can be a bit loud, but that is normal anywhere in Sapa. Just bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. But I highly recommend this homestay if you are in Sapa.

Everything was perfect.. beautiful family that made you feel like you were at home.
