Super friendly hosts and the funniest cat at the entrance hall. The location is luckily a bit outside but local restaurants and The Mist coffee shop is 2 minutes walk. The room was clean, bed is comfortable and you have a great view from the balcony too.

It is on a busy road and some trucks are loud as they are going uphill.

Very good option for budget travelers, room is a bit old, but overall it was a good stay. The owner is very kind and helpful. Very good laundry service.

Great value budget accommodation. Tea, coffee, water facilities useful. Being out of town center but still near restaurants and bars. Best Bhan mi's within 50 meters!! Good views from upper floor balcony.

The owners were so nice. I asked to change rooms twice because of a personal reason and they happily agreed. There is free water and tea. The beds are comfortable. Thank you very much for the hospitality. You are amazing. I thank you so much.

The room was cozy and clean with private bathroom and balcony. Everyone were super nice and helpful, although noone really speaks English, but via google translate it wasn't hard to communicate. They have a pretty decent wifi too. There are some appliances in the common areas like an electric kettle with cups, which was nice because I could make tea, coffee and cup noodles myself. It's a bit of walk uphill, maybe 5-10 mins from the main square, but it's much more quiet in return and also there is a great view.

The location has its downsides too, because there arent't many food options unless you go all the way down to town, except for one banh mi place and some more expensive restaurants.

One of the best places we stayed in vietnam. Such a nice location outside the tourist centre but still walkable. Definitely the most comfortable bed we've head. Great value for money.

I had the best vacation here. The host was super friendly, super nice and I was sad to leave. No matter what I need, they help me and I wait. I'm so grateful that I can be here.
