Идеальное расположение: очень близко от пляжа и при этом совсем рядом с историческим центром города. В апартаментах было очень чисто и уютно. Во время нашего пребывания апартаменты убирали и меняли полотенца по согласованию с нами. В номере было абсолютно все что нужно, от утюга до прищепок и сейфа. В апартаментах было два кондиционера (в спальне и гостиной), которые работали идеально - моментально охлаждая номер. От хозяев мы получили подробную инструкцию по заселению и пользованию номером (заезд/выезд бесконтактный - ключ в специальном боксе). В холодильнике нас ждала вода и напитки. Идеальные хозяева: всегда были на связи и моментально отвечали, кроме того бесплатно разрешили нам немного задержаться с отъездом и позволили оставить у них до вечера свои вещи в день отъезда, т.к. мы имели поздний вылет. Это было очень приятное пребывание.

Korter oli väga korralik ja puhas. Liivaranda 3min jalutada, vanalinn ka väga lähedal. Check in oli väga lihtne, saadeti kõik vajalikud juhised. Köögis kõik vajalikud asjad söögitegemiseks olemas, isegi nõudepesumasina tabletid. Soovitan!

Very clean Short walk to everything you need in split Close to beaches

Exceptionally quiet and at a walking distance of the beach and town center

I had the most comfortable nights sleep in this very stylish and clean room :)

Perfect location, 5 mins walk from the ferry port (through the railway line), 10mins walk from Diocletian Palace, in a very quiet part of town in a quiet building. very good size room with all amenities. Recently refurbished flat in perfect order, modern bathroom, 2 towels per person and very comfy bed. Self check-in is a plus. We could even check in earlier at no extra cost. Good communication from host with all relevant info supplied on time.

Make sure the hot water tank is on as for us the cleaning lady had forgotten to switch it on and we had cold showers. Communication with the host is efficient and she replies immediately but she is a bit on the abrasive side. When I asked about restaurant recommendation she replied "she was not a tour guide", there was a slight confusion about "emails" and " booking messages" and she said "what's the point of me writing to you if you don't read it"... and when I complained about the cold showers, she first apologised saying this was a mistake from the cleaning lady but then finished her message by saying "no one died"!! This type of passive-aggressive communication from a host leaves you a sour taste in the mouth, which is a shame because all the rest was very good. She just needs to improve her bed side manners.
