Palace Inn Rooms

A huge thank you to Eugen and Jerko. The flat is right in the heart of the city and is equipped with everything you need. The view of the statue, the park and the lively goings-on was wonderful. The hosts were fantastic. I was welcomed with biscuits and cold water, as well as lots of useful tips. Even during my stay – I was in Split for 10 days – I always felt well looked after. I’ll definitely choose this accommodation again on my next visit to Split. Dankeschön!

The location was perfect. The room was clean. The owner kindly helped with our bags when we were leaving and he was communicative and helpful.

Just a few things that could enhance the stay for the price of the apartment. Only one pillow per person provided. We both like two and all previous accoms throughout Croatia have had two. TV was quite surprisingly an older model (not a smart tv) and small for current times. No iron as advertised (that I could find). As I said - small things but they would add to the quality of the stay. Taxi drivers charging 20 euros to drive you from bus station to the accom - a 2 minute drive.

The host Eugen was very responsive and the self check in and out was simple. The location is outstanding just steps from the Golden Gate. There are multiple good restaurants literally on your doorstep. The room was a good size with a big comfortable bed. The room had a mini fridge that was stocked with a couple of bottles of water. The air conditioning worked well. The bathroom had a walk-in in shower. There was plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Shampoo and shower gel were provided. There were a couple of chairs and a desktop. The value for being within the Old Town is great.

La limpieza, la ubicación, la amabilidad del personal. Si bien al apartamento se accede por escalera, el señor que nos atendió nos subió las valijas y en el checkout también las cargó! Muchas gracias! Definitivamente volvería al mismo apartamento.

Excellent location. Two flights of stairs to access.

We verbleven hier 1 nacht als doorreis. Fijne service/contact met beheerder van de locatie, ook goede uitleg gekregen. Mooie kamer en fijn dat deuren goed afgesloten konden worden. Kamer was schoon en alle faciliteiten werkten naar behoren.

Ik miste douchezeep in de badkamer en er was veel geluidsoverlast ivm een terras recht onder het gebouw en dunne muren (we konden het hele telefoongesprek verstaan van de persoon die in de kamer naast ons zat en hoorden de andere buren thuiskomen en rondlopen in de kamer).
