Accommodation was very safe and clean.Alen and Danijela lived in the adjacent house and were available to help if there was anything we needed to know regarding the flat,help with directions ,suggestions for places to visit ,to eat etc. whilst being very respectful of guests privacy too. The apartment had good WiFi, shower, air-conditioning, shutters and net blinds to allow windows to open and keep insects outdoors. The outdoor seating space was for our use only and was ideal with good shade. The flat was easy walking distance to the harbour,bus station,town centre, Diocletian's palace and many shops ,restaurants,cafes etc. yet peaceful at night. We stayed for 11 nights and appreciated the induction hob,microwave and kettle as we were able to budget well for our stay by having snacks and drinks at the apartment and a local shop and a bakery only minutes away for essentials. We were lucky that Alen was available to arrange airport transport for us on arrival and return. This was ideal accommodation to meet our needs as older travellers. Would certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone considering a visit to Split.

Cozy apartment with a perfect location and the best host imaginable. Extremely friendly and helpful.

Quiet and really clean. Good space and near to supermarket and bakery. Nice With table outside where we eat breakfast. Felt very secure. Really nice host, mr Kresic. Nice beaches. Buy shoes:) But my company, my son Rasmus was best;)

Dont go to bacvice beach. No charm at all. Kasjuni Beach and The beach before superb.

Amazing,approachable and very friendly host,always there if you need some assistance. Location perfect ,few minutes walk from centre of city. Very piecefull and quiet neighbourhood. Lovely terace for morning coffee or breakfast. Definitely value for money and we highly recomand this property.

Loved everything about the property. It’s a lovely wee studio apartment that was absolutely perfect for our stay. The little balcony is a lovely wee subtract too that add to the space available. The location is just perfect too - a few minutes to the old town, a short walk to the park/beach and the football stadium if that interests you too. Special mention to Alen who looked after us so well during our visit. He provided us with great info on arrival. Listen to all his recommendations. He really couldn’t do any more for us, and even ended up taking us to the airport when our taxi driver couldn’t make it - above and beyond. Both Alen and his wife are super welcoming.
