"Great staff, a spacious room and an excellent location more than outweighed the minor early-morning delivery noise."

Excellent location within easy walking distance of the town centre, seafront, restaurants, bars and local amenities. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.

The only minor issue was that deliveries appeared to take place quite early in the morning, and we could hear kegs being rolled in, which disturbed our sleep. We appreciate that deliveries are necessary, but a later delivery time, where possible, would improve the guest experience.

"Great location but noisy"

Great central location, friendly staff

Room a little compact and tired decor. Expected some noise due to central location but struggled with music/mouse from revellers from a nearby club until 03:30am.

- having to lug bags up narrow staircases - just 1 stool to sit on.
