The Normandie

Beautiful property and outside area. Location perfect to centre and beach. Room very spacious. Bed was lovely and comfy. Rooms cleaned each day and supplies replenished. Biscuits and bottled water provided. Food in restaurant was amazing and plentiful. Staff wonderful.

No WiFi. I’m self employed and need internet connection.

The location was great, close to other bars restaurants, the beaches with glorious views and the train station was nearby. The restaurant and bar on site was good too. The bed was comfortable, and the sofa's in the room were a bonus. The room was spacious.

The wifi didn't work, the wifi password in our room didn't work, and the bar wifi had no internet access, bearing in mind there is poor mobile internet signal, having working wifi is pretty essential. The building works opposite the hotel commencing at 7am was a real let down. I knew there was noise to be expected but I figured that was bar noise etc, not building works and workmen shouting to eachother at 8am outside your window. On our final morning there was table and chairs being dragged across the bar floor downstairs in the bar area at 6.30am, which we could clearly hear. On cleaning standards my wife found broken glass by the bedside cabinet on the carpet and someone else's finger nail. We were told by a local barman that the building works opposite the hotel are expected to last 3 years! It might be an idea to warn future guests of this.

Great central location, nicely decorated room with a bench on the roof top with access through the French doors in the room. Bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Friendly staff and good food in the restaurant.

The WIFI just didn't reach us at all we weren't able to use our phones. The shower was very difficult to turn on and off and the shower control was very stiff. The room also got incredibly warm during the night.

The stairs, was x2 floors to get to the room

The room was a good size and the bed extremely comfortable. The location was ideal for getting to the main parts of Tenby.

We were disappointed no breakfast was available but we found a cafe nearby in the mornings.
