Stay was overall ok, however some basic requirements are not provided, no toiletries, the TV unit is just for show, it doesn’t work. No complementary water bottles. And they sent me 3 water bottles in my room, at first we thought its complimentary later while checkout i was charged for all the 3 bottles, so of those are not complimentary atleast you should ask how many bottles would be required!!

Service was not that good. For taxi services, the pricing for same location increases within days, when we came to the hotel from Madgaon stn, the taxi fair was 500, next day from the property to Stn the fair went up to 700!! Taxi services here via the hotel is a loot. for 2kms (had to come from varca beach to property) as well they charge 500, so 500 is the minimum you would be charged anywhere u want to go! when asked around for a taxi I was dropped at the property in 300rs A different taxi services guy recommended that to contact directly to the taxi guy instead of going through the hotels!!

Location was good. My kid loves the bed design. Affordable

Linen may be improved. Quality of linen was quite poor. Also they charged us for parking.

The lights didn’t work the TV didn’t work the ACs were not cleaned so were the fans. No proper plates and glasses

It’s spacious. I liked it’s interior bery much.
