The interior of the home is nice, the caretaker is also nice.

The bedsheets are not tidy and unclean, when you start the fan of the lower bed it's uncomfortable to sleep in the upper bed because of the vibration. The network is very poor, Wifi is working only for the name purpose.

Totally disappointed staying at Godwill Casa Varca. we have booked a room for 4 , we arrived at night 8:30 pm have to leave by morning 6:00 am as we have train to catch , Boat themed room , whats the use of fancy bed and stuff when the owner can't maintain the minimum need of the room ; No maintainance,old dusty bed sheets ,dusty room , bed sheets, old pillows , when guest is paying for one night it's minimum responsibility to change the bed sheets and provide good pillows , no water supply in morning , over bed fans full of dust ,not working. Paid ₹1800 for a night only to regret. Think twice before booking this place.
