location less than a kilometer from the airport, 200 meters from a grocery store; quite clean rooms and bathroom; good kitchen equipment

half of the house (left side) is occupied by owners and the other half (right side) is rented; fruit garden not very interesting and small; no opportunity to taste any fruit; unfavorable value for money

"Of course, the house needs renovation. But all in all, it's fine to spend the night."

The owners are nice, they live next door in the other half.

Very outdated repairs in the house. It is very expensive for such repairs.
