Cosy villa near the beach

Such a great and peaceful place! Close to the sea, but also in calm area. Big, spacious apartements, with everything you need. Very nice outdoors. Irena was very kind and helpful, gave us plenty information and great tips! Thank you so much!

excellent location to the local beaches... not so crowded. relatively easy to get to with gated parking on property.

the "orthopedic" mattrasses were hard as a rock. Asked owner for additional blankets or topper to make it more bearable. Items were not available. Bad sleep for 4 nights

Wonderful stay at the villa. The hostess was very nice and the location was fantastic. We enjoyed the beach which was just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed in the kitchen. Just that the apartment had a little smell of fish, it faded off eventually. But I guess it's common in this area when you have a kitchen in the room.

Not very far from the center. The room is big also the bathroom. Air condition very good right above the bed. Very clean Parking inside the yard. Irena was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Thank You.

Cleanness

First, at the time of the booking it was not clear whether they give you the full villa or a separate room in the villa. When we arrived, it turned out that the host family lives in the same villa and they give you just a room in the same building. I have chosen this property mainly because they announced that they have a barbeque making option, but the reality was that if you want to make a barbeque you have to do that in front of the host's family. When we were checking in , I told the host that we were thinking about making barbecue but she answered that we can eat barbeque in a restaurant clearly indicating that she doesn't welcome that. Finally we didn't make it because of her behaviour and we ended up paying more than we could pay in the city centre without getting any benefit that one can have by staying in a villa compared to an apartment. Also the beach close to the villa was a really bad one

Great place to relax, super close to the beach, nice rooms and very nice host

Irena was a great host, helped us so much to have a great holiday. Good location, short walk to sea, great for swimming, not far from centre of Zadar, cheap taxi ride away. Apartment had everything we needed. Air con, nice balcony. Good bed and good shower.
