Cosy villa near the beach

The room was spacious, nice and clean. The host and her family were very kind and helpful. The boat trip they recommended was brilliantly good. We had a really good time, highly recommend.

The apartment was exceptional! Super clean, with a nice balcony and a small kitchen. It's very well located, near to the coast, walking distance. We used public transportation 20 minutes to the city center avoiding driving and stress. The best, the owner, Irena was super nice, she gave us a lot of recommendations and also her WhatsApp for consultations or anything we needed. Zadar is a very nice place, super safe, excellent weather, too hot actually 😁 but great 👍

The place was very comfy, very good, our hosts were very kind and helpful. The location for us - wanted to visit the city once or twice but mainly wanted a quiet place to rest before and after being on the beach - ideal. Everything was close, we could shop and cook for ourselves, but there were also good restaurants nearby and it was really easy to take the bus also when we wanted to see Zadar city center (or Nin).

The wifi was sometimes problematic to connect or just slow. Personally we missed some drying racks in the room, but this was not a big deal, we worked out to dry our stuff in other ways.

I liked everything, friendly staff, close to the sea, there is a store nearby

Google Maps had the wrong picture for the location and could not find the place. We walked up and down the road looking for the place

The host, Irena and her family were very helpful and the location was nice and quiet. The villa and room were clean and had good facilities such as wifi, TV and fridge.

I'm a fairly large chap so bigger bathroom towels would have been nice. Also some shower gel or soap in the shower would have been handy. This may might be helpful to foreign guests as most airports still restrict liquids in hand luggage to 100ml.

The host was great and collected me from the airport. She took great care to explain the facilities, surrounding area, transport restaurants etc.

Could have been better with some tea bags/ cofee and UHT milk pods with the tea/ cofee making facilities and some toiletries in the bathroom. Could have been great if there are a few fruits and few buiscuits as well for the weary traveller

The lady was very friendly. She provided us much useful information. The restaurant near the apartment, which was also recommended by her is very good. There is enough place for parking in the garden, which is the most important point for us. In addition, they provided duvets, not only the bed sheets in September. What surprised me is that there is a small refrigerator, plates and cutlery in the room although we just ordered a normal room without kitchen. We had a really nice time there.
