Everything was very good, we liked the very big room, the ceiling’s fan, the en-suite bathroom, the fridge in the room, the couch in the room, the big comfy bed, and the shared space was lovely too…

There is nothing we didn’t like, the only suggestion would be to perhaps consider installing a mosquito net on the bedroom’s window as there definitely are annoying mosquitos in the evening and it wasn’t that hot yet. We forgot to bring a ‘plug in’ insect repellent so we got bitten 😅

Everything was very good, the room and the bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfy.

The room with own bathroom was ok, furniture and other equipement was older and the building itself is run down. Shared kitchen was well equipped. I liked the open space and little balcony.

As I am sensitive when it comes to bed, this was little problem for me. The string mattress was no comfortable, but, this could be only my problem, not for others.

Filomur, the owner or manager, was a dream. He couldn’t do enough. Really nice, very curious guy, had all the time in the day for guests. Exceptional host, nit too many like him, in my experience

Dishonest landlord, I’m sure that he is a fraudster! Upon arrival it was found out that the description does not correspond to reality at all. We booked private apartments for 2 people, but we were faced with the fact that there will be another family in the apartment and we will have to share the kitchen and corridor with them. In general, you only have access to a small bedroom and a bathroom. The entrance isn’t separate,it’s shared, and you won’t be on the 1st floor, real you will be on the 5th floor.Most likely, they have a working scheme, because it was clear that they are not doing this for the first time and taking advantage of your position. Keep in mind that the landlord will only communicate in Italian, if you want to cancel this apartment through booking.com he won't confirm it on the booking.com, so you're just wasting your time and money like i do.
