Very good, polite owner

It was clean, comfy bed and a wonderful shower!

Checkin was a big complicated since we had to meet up with the owner. We texter and called go coordinate. We had not realized that What we thought was a ’hotelroom’ in a hostel sort of thing was a room with you own bathroom in a mans apartment which he also lives in. Your room is fully lockable though. More expensive than it was worth, since we were willing to pay extra for just privacy.

Hospitable host. With good attitude and piece of advise. Close to railway station. Good supermarket and bus stop nearby.

It is not clear from the description that you will share apartment with other guests - living room/kitchen/balcony are shared. Too many keys for everything. Tiny bedroom and shower. A/C requires efficiency improvement. You have to speak Italian to efficiently communicate with host.

We didn't know till we arrived that the kitchen and living area was to be shared with others also staying there. The tv remote was missing in our room and couldn't be used. The outdoor privacy screen in the bathroom didn't work. The bed was too hard.
