Very good budget option in Batumi! Nice room with AC, comfortable bed and private clean bathroom. There’s a shared balcony where you can relax and a shared kitchen with fridge. Wi-Fi was ok

A bit far from center but if you like to walk it’s ok. 2km or 15-20min walk to the main road Kitchen could be cleaner. There was a dog screaming all day (and night) long in the back yard (poor guy)

The location is about 15 minutes far from city center

It's a nice room, right next to the kitchen with a big window and a big bed.

The room was crawling with ants. It was hard to sleep because they even crawled over the bed. I didn't say anything because, despite what booking.com says, the staff here do not speak English.

Although the location is not right in the old center or near the shoreline, it is a 20-minute walk from Europe Square, and a cheap taxi fare from most central areas as well as the railway station. In fact, it's probably a great location in summer away from the hustle and bustle of the overcrowded, more touristy areas. There is a small yard at the front of the building where you can chill, and the guest house offers laundry services for a small additional fee. The room was very clean, comfortable, air-conditioned, and had enough space for hanging clothes. Non-synthetic bed linen and towels! Clean en-suite WC and bathroom with hot (not lukewarm) water shower at decent pressure! There is a shared kitchen space with a refrigerator and basic cooking facilities for those who wish to self-cater. Free Wi-fi in all areas of the guest house (with great signal strength).

Not much to see in the immediate vicinity of the guest house. We didn't even check out the stores nearby as we bought everything we needed from Agrohub (about a 20-minute walk along Bagrationi Street) and other chain stores.
