Very helpful host, nice quiet accommodation and inner patio. Very clean and warm rooms. Nice, fresh linen. The host arranged chep airport taxi for us.

The only downside is lack of marking. It’s a bit tricky to find it so better message host for instructions. Two GPSes (plus google maps and OSM) were unable to find it and we were cruising around for good 20 mins once discovered the premises by accident :)

Good communication, comfortable room, easy check in and out, great value.

No tea or coffee, and no shampoo or soap!

Nothing really.

We paid for a room with private bathroom and got a a cramped room, cluttered with furniture and the bathroom was shared, across the landing, and there was no hot water at all. Bed was noisy and we could feel the springs.. From our room we could here our hosts making loud phone calls in Russian in the courtyard and their kitchen below us, until around 2 o'clock in the morning and then again from 8 onwards.
