It’s a bad experience. I pay one night and next I pay cash without any prove . After that at evening he told me for check out . It’s already book for night . He don’t retune my cash . Even I left the room at 9 pm at night. People don’t swell English it’s a big problem

The owner tried to be nice, and it was relatively clean

A very aggressive and rude staff member. He didn't even present himself, he just showed up and started to make very rude and aggressive comments, especially at the end. Looks like he was just a cleaner (I repeat he never presented himself) but he screamed that he decided which guests he accepted and which he rejects. The owner allowed me to keep my bags few hours after I made check out and then at the end that cleaner showed up and said he is not guardian, even though he never watched my bags, I saw it. The cleaner screamed that he did not care at all about ratings and feedback and he screamed "Go away and take your bags!" The cleaner was very rude and aggressive, he looks mentally sick and it is dangerous to stay with him. In addition the internet is very bad, the kitchen is dirty

The location is quite far from Batumi. You have to search around to find the staff, and their behavior is not pleasant. Their English is very poor. The rooms are clearly designed for three people, but they rent them to just two and then force the third person to pay for a separate room

Rude owner that just wanted to take money. Everything was dirty except some of the walls that they painted and in the cold weather they didn't turn on heating.

Price sweet like sugar.

I book after 11pm at night unfortunately i was not able to check-in. I try calling but no answer , so it was sad story.
