I want to share our unfortunate experience at hotel, which we booked through Booking.com, to warn others who might consider staying there. From the moment we arrived, we faced serious issues that made our stay extremely uncomfortable: 1. On the first night, our room was freezing cold, and a loud fight broke out in the neighboring room. We heard constant shouting and crying, making it impossible to sleep. 2. The next day, our water supply was completely cut off, and we had no access to water until the following morning. 3. The heating system failed, leaving us in unbearable cold. As a result, my sibling fell seriously ill. 4 . İnternet dont work in room Despite paying in full, the hotel did not provide the standard of service we expected. These conditions were completely unacceptable, affecting both our comfort and health. I have formally reported this to Booking.com and requested a refund along with compensation for the medical expenses caused by these unacceptable conditions. However, I believe it’s important to warn others about this hotel so they can avoid similar experiences.
