the worst place on the earth. most not welcoming and disgusting owner. no facilities at all. bathroom reminds horror movies.

- Location is ok except no stores nearby. - check in & out are fast and easy. - friendly staff

- we were given the wrong room that we booked - insects - bathroom - kitchen - wasn't rly a clean room, bathroom & kitchen even worse than just "not rly clean". -

The localization is a bit far from the beach which is the main selling point of Batumi but it's possible to walk there within 40 minutes or so. The place itself is not hard to find but it requires boldness to open the gate. The rooms are on the second floor of the building. The owner lives on the first floor, he is super friendly.

Our beds and bed sheets were superb clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also mostly clean but it was nothing that could bother us. My Significant Other refused to use the kettle and complain about the trash bin in the shared part of the floor. I wasn't as bothered but it seems not everyone will feel comfortable here.

Host is good price is fine

Very poor cleanliness mosquito there no amenities nothing I can not stay here even for one day
