Beyond basic adequacy, not much to like.

The check-in process was a disaster and infuriatingly incompetent. The guest house provided a code for access to the front door and then required a "digital key" for access to the room, but after multiple tries, the website kept reporting that we were "far away from the location" even though we were standing outside our room door. We couldn't communicate by wi-fi because the password was not displayed inside the hallway or on our reservation. So, we phoned the number provided on our reservation to speak with an agent. That happened FOUR times over the course of more than half an hour, during which this same agent asked us FOUR different times for our reservation code, which we provided each time. The agent seemed finally to understand that we had been sent the WRONG digital key to our room, and at that point, 45 minutes later, offered to open the door to our room "remotely." Once inside the room, we finally learned what the wi-fi password was, and from that point on we could contact the management by email. A day later, we received a message from them saying that the wrong digital key had been sent by their "automated system," and they apologized for the "inconvenience." They should have described their own dealing with the situation as total incompetence and insulting responsiveness. Once in the room, we discovered another major shortcoming. After my partner took a short shower, I found that there was no longer an adequate hot water supply for my own shower. In addition, when we tried to switch the shower's water stream from the hand-spray to the rain shower head, we discovered that the lever was broken; it just spun around freely without working at all.

Location, it was pretty and cozy.

When we arrived the Key of our Room was not available but after contact it was solved. Window was not easy to Open in our Room. A microwave it would be Nice to have.
