Muy limpio y bien ubicado

No había bidet en el baño ni alfombra de ducha Creo que durante las estancias no sé encargan de hacer camas ni limpiar el cuarto, sólo la arreglan el día de la salida para el siguiente huesped

Aunque todo va con códigos, ha habido comunicación y seguimiento constante. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Limpieza impecable.

Habitación amplia y cómoda. Cerca de la ría y del museo

Cerca no había ningún restaurante ni supermercado. Tan solo una cafetería. Por lo demás, bastante bien

The location was great close to the tram and some great local bars around the corner, clean room on arrival

Access on the first day was difficult as we had been sent incomplete electronic code therefore unable to get into room took an hour to sort out. Noting that others also had the same problem. The room was quite small for two people however not a problem for us as we were out all day. No where to put rubbish once the bin was full as rooms were not serviced.

Great location and impeccably clean

The pillows were too big and too hard. We woke up every day with neck and shoulder pain we didn't have before. The shower situation is an absolute joke. There's only enough hot water for 15 minutes and then you have to wait an hour before you can go again. We were a family of 3 and this meant we could all shower and get ready to go out, it was like being in the 1800s not the 2020s. The shower also leaked all over the floor when used cos the door had no property seal on it and the shelf in the shower was in the most stupid place, 6ft of the ground.
