"Buena ubicación, pero no es pensión al uso."

Sin duda, la ubicación. Está a dos calles del puente Bizkaia, y a cinco minutos del puente Zubiri. Te recorres toda la ría nada más salir de la habitación. Está muy, muy cerca del Museo Guggenheim y otros sitios de interés próximos, la zona de bares, tiendas y demás. Tienen un sistema bastante cómodo de códigos de entrada y salida, lo que lo hace bastante independiente.

No es una pensión propiamente dicha, es un garaje reacondicionado. Muy bien hecho y construido con una obra moderna, pero al fin y al cabo es un garaje (o nave) reacondicionado. La habitación en general tiene un buen tamaño, ni grande ni pequeña, pero es un lugar creado expresamente para alquilar habitaciones, y de haberlo sabido antes quizás hubiésemos cambiado de opción. No hay trabajadores y ello puede ser un pro o un contra. Entras y sales de manera bastante independiente, pero a su vez al tratarse solamente de códigos de entrada y pantallas lo hace una experiencia bastante despersonalizada.

Buena ubicación, puedes moverte fácilmente y sin problema por toda la ciudad. Además, la habitación es amplia y muy cómoda, ideal para ir un par de días.
