Very friendly and helpful staff - it was convenient to store our luggage before check in

Shower head did not work & there was no plug for the bathtub

Comfy bed, good location.

Shower head did not work, asked at reception but could not solve the issue. They provided a plug to has the bathtub. Paid for washing and drying, clothes came back still damp.

The advertisement on the page is misleading, they have two separate hostels-hotels, you go and do the checking in one ( the address they provide on the add), looks nice and decent but, they give you a room around the corner in a very very old building the room stank terrible, it was the worse nite I had in my life, I travel a lot book different types of hotels depending on my stay , but this one was the hotel from the terror house, thank God it was only one nite.
